Barbara Lee Lowry

Barbara Lee Lowry, of Powell, passed away on Feb. 3, 2021, at Spirit Mountain Hospice. She was 74.
Barbara was born on July 22, 1946, in Grants Pass, Oregon, to Charles Cobb and Edna Robb-Cooke. She was married on Nov. 4, 1972, to Dick D. Lowry. She moved to Powell in 1955.
She worked as a dental assistant. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Powell. Her hobbies were ceramics, painting and reading.
She is survived by her mother, Edna Cooke of Powell; sons, Rick Lowry and Ryan Lowry, both of Powell; daughters, Suzanne Lowry, of Powell, and Rochelle Lowry of Glendale, Arizona; sister Helen (Ronald) Carter; and grandchild Caleb Lowry.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dick D. Lowry.
Thompson Funeral Home conducted funeral services on Monday, Feb. 8. Pallbearers were Rick Lowry, Suzanne Lowry, Kyle Church, Frakie Elias, and honorary pallbearers were Kaitlyn Church, Caleb Lowry, and Rochelle Lowry.
