Carroll Devier Henrichs

Carroll Devier Henrichs, 90, of Powell died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2010.

Born Jan. 28, 1920, he was the son of George and Eva (Bousch) Henrichs.

He married Vida Martin in Roundup, Mont. The couple lived in Nampa, Idaho, Lovell and Powell.

Carroll was a farmer, and he enjoyed raising running horses.

He is survived by a daughter, Sharma (Fred) Gilcrist of Powell and a sister, Bethel Tipton of Hollister, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Vida; a daughter, Sandra; a son, Gary; and three brothers, Loyal, Wayne and Bueford.

Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 29.

Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. on Nov. 30 at Thompson Funeral Home, followed by burial at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ty Henrichs, Justin Petrie, Shane Petrie, Chuck Gilcrist, Michel Petrie and John Braddish.
