Cecil Cline passed away September 22, 2012 at Powell Valley Care Center just 10 days shy of  his 104th birthday.
Cecil was born October 8, 1908 in Hume, Missouri to Jesse Cline and Bertha Epperson. He received his 8th grade education in Missouri and spent his younger years in Missouri.
In 1932, Jesse and Bertha and their sons, Bud and Bob left the
depression and desolation of Missouri to come to the green fields and abundant crops of the Powell Valley. Cecil and his father and brothers worked on various farms in the area. On July 11, 1942 Cecil married Clara Zeller, a teacher at the Powell High School. In December, 1943, Cecil and Clara were blessed with their first set of twins. They then moved to a farm in Emblem where they would live for the next 40+ years. In July, 1983, Cecil moved to Powell, where he became an avid golfer and spent his retirement years.
Cecil is survivid by sons Charles (Carol) Cline of Worland, Clifford Cline of Cody; daughter, Christine Allen of Powell; sister-in-law Lillian Cline of Powell and many nieces and nephews, and great neieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife , Clara, infant son Kenneth Cecil; brogthers, Orville, Charles (Bud), Bob; sister, Belma Sivey, and son-in-law Forrest (Billy) Allen.
