David was born August 16, 1951 to Paul and Marjorie Decker. He passed away on April 28, 2014. David was proceeded in death by his older sister Sandra Franklin. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Mary Jo, daughter Laura Richards (Ken) of Idaho, and son Stephen Decker (Teresa) of Cody. He had five grandchildren that he loved, Ryan, Tyler, and Spencer Decker, and JoLyn and Jaycee Richards of Idaho, and siblings Paul (Jim) Decker Jr (Janet) of Powell, Betty Rauch (Pete) of Missouri, and brother-in-law Dick Franklin (the late Sandra) of Nebraska. As per David's wishes, cremation has occurred and no services are planned.
