Dixiene Ann (Trenk) Brixen died Thursday, May 20, 2010 at her home in Powell.
Dixiene was born on March 25, 1957 in Baker, Mont., to Arthur and Dorothy Trenk.
She attended Billings Senior High and Northwest College in Powell, graduating from the nursing program in 1990.
Dixiene was married to Patrick Brixen on July 25, 2009.
She worked as a licensed practical nurse at Powell Valley Healthcare. Dixiene enjoyed crocheting and baking, and she attended the Assembly of God church.
Dixiene is survived by her husband, Patrick; son Jeremy W. (Tanya) Simmons of Cody; daughter Amy M. Trenk of Thermopolis; sister Wanda (Bill) Thompson and Nyla (Eric) Mock; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Dorothy Trenk; sister Margorie Galban; and brother George Trenk.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 30, at the Living Fortress Church, 725 19th St. in Cody. Burial will be in Ekalaka, Mont.
Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
