Joyce Carol Roth, 83, died January 9 surrounded by her family. 

 Our world will miss this strong and sweet wife, mother, grandmother and friend. We will celebrate every memory made with her. 

 She is survived by three children (Christine Roth, Renee Hanlin (Brett), Carl Roth III (Andrea), two grandchildren (Emma and Meg Hanlin) and her little dog Bailey. 

 A service to celebrate Joyce’s life will be held at the Ignite Wesleyan Church in Sheridan, Wyoming at a later date to be announced.
