Manuel E Olveda

Manuel was born in Texas on June 5, 1927.  He married, Enriqueta, the love of his life on Dec. 21,1957 in Powell Wyoming. Manuel passed away at the VA hospital in Denver, CO on July 17, 2012. He was 85.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Enriqueta, and two brothers. He is survived by a son, Victor (Tami) Olveda of Temecula, CA; five daughters, Manuela Kolpin (Normond) of Salinas, CA; Rosa Olveda (Jairo Maldonado) of Littleton, CO; Gloria (David) Peterson of Scotts Valley, CA; Dolores Olveda of Farmington, NM; and Sylvia Olveda (Ryan Shanahan) of Seattle, WA; two sisters, Sally Montoya of Powell, WY, and Eve (Walt) Lee of Los Angeles, CA; nine grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Manuel is once again with his beloved wife whom he has missed each and every day since losing her in August 2004.
Funeral Mass Services will be held Saturday July 21, 2012 at the St. Barbara’s Catholic Church 115 E 3rd St. at 11:00am
Viewing will be one hour prior to services at the church.
Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
