On October 23, 2024, Milly Bilderback, age 71, peacefully passed into the arms of her Lord.
Born on February 3, 1953, in Jackson, Oregon, Mildred (Milly) MacEachern was the beloved daughter of Claire and Robert MacEachern. Milly’s journey led her to Canada, where she married and welcomed her two children, Jenna Kadatz and Steven W. Kadatz. After several years, she returned to the United States, living in California, and enjoying a career in nursing. After retiring, Milly moved to Oregon before finding her home in Greybull, Wyoming.
On May 20, 2012, Milly married David Allen Bilderback. Together, they shared a deep love for the outdoors, embracing many hiking, kayaking and rock hounding adventures. Milly had a profound affection for animals, especially her cats Penny & Tiger, and found joy in capturing natures beauty through photography. She was a loving wife, mother, friend and neighbor.
A devout follower of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and a woman of many talents, Milly especially cherished her time singing and was known for her beautiful soprano voice. She also enjoyed playing the piano with various church groups, like the Psalms Choir, bringing joy to many. Milly always looked forward to her Tuesday watercolor and charcoal art class with her friends in Worland.
Milly is survived by her loving husband, David Bilderback; her children, Jenna L. Gedney and Steven W. Kadatz; her stepchildren, Deeanne K. Bilderback and David A. Bilderback Jr.; her grandchildren, Kayla (Moogie) Holland, Alora (Peanut) Gedney, Selia (Squishy) Gedney, and Adam Kadatz; and her great-grandchild, William Holland.
Milly will be deeply missed by all who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and a profound appreciation for the beauty of life.
