Minka Dorothy Willista King of Powell died Sunday, June 24, 2012 in Billings. She was 56.
Minka was born Dec. 6, 1955 in Perth Amboy City, N.J., to Katherine Louise (Lorenz) King and Robert Chester King Jr.
She lived in Westfield, N.J., until moving to Powell for college and to start her career. She was a business major.
Minka worked for the City of Powell.
She enjoyed camping, four-wheeling and quilting.
Minka is survived by her son, James Kelley DeBock Jr. of Fort Bragg, N.C.; daughter, Sandra Louise Willis of Chula Vista, Calif., and son-in-law, Christopher Dale Willis of Chula Vista, Calif.; and two “grandchildren,†a bengal kitty, Samantha Jean Willis, and chinchilla, Tiberius Willis.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 28 at First Baptist Church in Powell with Pastor David Pool officiating.
