Funeral services will be held at Wednesday, July 6 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Barbara's Catholic Church in Powell.
Sharnelle was born July 12, 1964 in Agana Heights, Guam.
Throughout her life, Sharnelle lived in various places, including Hawaii, Massachusetts, Monterey, Calif., and Prunedale, Calif.
She was married to Roger Smith, and the couple farmed in the Powell area.
Sharnelle enjoyed cooking, barbecuing and fishing.
She is survived by her husband, Roger; daughter, Jeny Gardner; son, Ryan Smith; parents, Jeffrey and Rosalind Popp; one brother; two sisters; two grandchildren and numerous other loving relatives.
Pallbearers are Ryan Smith, Joe Gardner, Tracy Oliva, Joe Garland, Nathan Villacrusis and Jason Villacrusis. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Smith, Lorin Smith and Terry Smith.
Memorial donations in Sharnelle’s name may be made to the ASPCA.
